"The health of youth in the United States is now negatively affected by dangerous eating habits that may eventually lead to obesity.
Healthy food is boring and bad food is yummy. Well why it have to be like that. Take a look to the clever idea of the designer Irina Ivanova, who create an special packaging for delicious healthy snacks, that will capture the attention of the children. "

"Learning how to put on, take off and tie shoes can be a challenging process for little fingers and tiny hands. Many products exist on the toy market to help little kids learn how to tie shoes; however, none are as complete as the K's Kids Learning Shoes on Little Feet! These inventive soft shoes fit on to little ones feet while they are indoors (they are not made for walking, just learning) and help them to learn a variety of different skills when it comes to shoes! From lacing up laces, buckling up buckles, snapping snaps, velcroing velcro, buttoning buttons and zipping zippers these wonderful soft shoes teach it all! " added on 2008-10-15

"Sure, it's just a little jokey gift book--it is from the Self-Hurt Series, after all. But it's so much more; a great reminder that we survived all of our parents' mistakes and our children will survive ours. Probably. With therapy.

The 1950s-style illustrations of various parental atrocities is a nice touch, too. I am totally going to start waving them at my kids when they misbehave, just to show them how good they actually have it" added on 2008-10-06

Being included in the family life around the table is important for your child, especially for social contact and learning by conversation and observation. The Stokke Table Top is therefore to be attached directly onto the family table. The Table Top includes 6 interchangeable templates, which were developed with guidance from an educationalist, and can be put be put under the transparent plate. The templates are great tools for interaction and bonding between you and your child. Use them as backdrops for storytelling, challenging the imagination; and learning about animals, colors, shapes, sizes, numbers and the alphabet.

There are these creatures in some of our houses. They eat all our food; they destroy all our stuff. And sometimes they creep into our beds at night (or early in the morning) ruining our sleep. Alas, they are our children, so we can't just call the exterminators. What we can do is teach them to tell time. Then they'll at least know when they should stay in bed and when they can get up and join the rest of the world. The Teach Me Time! clock will do that, with a few tricks up its clocky sleeve.

It has a 5-stage, talking "game" to help your littles learn what the clock means (with analog and digital displays to make sure they really know). But also, there is a secret control panel where you can set the revolutionary "Ok to Wake" alarm. This will cause the clock to glow yellow during the night (this nightlight feature can be disabled) and turn green when the kids are allowed to get out of bed - making make sure you have enough alone time (or couple time) in your own bed. And when the kids get older, the clock is fully functional as a "grown up" alarm clock, complete with snooze. Technology that adapts through time - amazing!
